Notio Pilio (griechisch Δήμος Νοτίου Πηλίου ‚Süd-Pilio‘) ist eine griechische Gemeinde. Sie umfasst den südlichen Teil der Pilio-Halbinsel in der griechischen Region Thessalien. Sie wurde durch die Verwaltungsreform 2010 aus fünf Vorgängergemeinden neu geschaffen. Verwaltungssitz ist Argalasti.
